I've recently been reading this manga called "Vampire Knight" and it has been really good. I never expected to like anything with vampires but the way it is drawn and the romantic, sometimes scary, relationships the characters share makes for a very good read. There is an anime adaptation for it but I haven't watched it since I want to get caught up with all the latest chapters first.
